Great app but maybe still a few kinks to work out.
Used this app for almost a year and had great results. Life got in the way and quit working out but now Im back and starting over. I love the app and how it shows your gains over time and remembers what you used last time.
Only gripe I have is how a few exercises are listed under the secondary muscle they work rather than the major. Squats comes to mind. Its listed under hamstrings and in all my research and experience thats more of a quad exercise. But overall it seems to be a great app.
